Inverurie Sun Room Extension

After opting into a scheme called Architect in the Hoose, an initiative where architects carry out services in return for a charitable donation, we were contacted by a client looking to extend their home in Inverurie.

At an initial consultation we met with the client to develop the brief, which was to replace their existing outdated Conservatory with a new Sun Room. After agreeing services, we prepared initial design drawings, which demonstrated the design and how the space would work. Once the client was happy with the design/layout we went on to obtain a cost estimation from a builder.

The extension was completed in June 2016, with a build duration of 6 weeks.
